Mini Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza with specially prepared pizza dough topped with Chicken Caesar Salad, Cobb Salad Deviled Eggs, Kale Salad with Almonds, Apple, and Cheddar, Udon Noodles with Chicken Breast, Greek Salad in Artisan Soft Wheat Pita, Grilled Baby Bok Choy with Lime Vinaigrette and Steak, Veggie Samosas with Cucumber Raita, and Heirloom Tomatoes with Smoked Gouda…just to name a few. Packaged in clear hinged containers with colorful bands for presentation, easy stacking, and quick identification of vegan, gluten free, etc., these meals are great for fresh format grocery stores, university quick service restaurants, convenience stores, kiosks, and outdoor events.
Primary and Secondary Schools
For primary and secondary schools our culinary team offers school lunches with double the fruit and vegetables, limiting proteins and carbohydrates, for a calorie count between 750-850 to meet the guidelines passed by Congress in 2010 to fight obesity and promote health. We work with suppliers that guarantee an environmentally sound packaging supply chain enabling us to offer containers and packaging made of 100% plant fiber. Our biodegradable bamboo fiber containers are excellent for daily high volume food service line use as they are a responsible solution and conform to zero landfill recyclable goals.
